Your personal information is retained within my hard copy filling system and computer system. Your information is collected via the Susannah Boothroyd online shop and through your completion of administrative related forms (in the case of custom orders).

Hard copy files are secured in lockable storeroom. Electronic data retained on my computer system is protected via virus protection software and firewall protection.

I will not disclose your information to any person or organisation unless I have written instructions from you to do so.
